* Lee Montgomery's father, Cecil Montgomery, worked in a Canadian radio station.
* Lee Montgomery is the younger brother of actress Belinda Montgomery. Lee is not related to famous actress Elizabeth Montgomery, the star of TV's popular sitcom "Bewitched".
* In the early part of his career Lee Montgomery was a model, before moving into the high profile world of acting.
* Lee Montgomery made his film debut in the 1971 Walt Disney classic "Million Dollar Duck".
* In 1972 Lee Montgomery won the starring role in the rat movie "Ben", the sequel to "Willard" (1971).
* It wasn't until 1985 that Lee was given the opportunity to star in the film his fans remember the most. The film in question was the Teen Comedy / Dance Musical "Girl Just Want To Have Fun". In it he played the cool & always likeable dancer Jeff Malene. The film also starred Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt, Shannon Doherty & Jonathan Silverman. The film today has achieved a worldwide cult status.
